comfortably accomodates 4 people - plus a cot is available for a baby if required.
There is ample free parking available.
The cottage is double glazed and fully central heated. Please note that we do not allow smoking within the property.
The accomodation consists of :
Modern kitchen -(Ground floor) all basic cooking equipment, including microwave, plus integrated washing machine/tumble dryer, fridge/freezer, dishwasher.
Living Room - (Ground floor) With Real living flame effect Gas fire, Television, Freeview, DVD Comfortable seating. Table with 4 chairs.
Bathroom (first floor) Sink, toilet, Bath, Shower over Bath
Bedroom 1 (first floor) Has a king size bed with the latest Hypoallergenic 'memory foam mattress' (as designed by Nasa) - A very comfortable nights sleep!
Bedroom 2 (second floor) Is in a spacious attic bedroom with skylight. Two single beds. Bedroom furniture. A cot is available on request.
Outside To the rear of the cottage is a small enclosed area. There is garden seating available for the Summer months.
All towels and bed linen are provided during your stay . Sorry but No Dogs are allowed at this holiday let. We also operate a NO SMOKING policy within the house. We ask that you respect this for us and others, and ask that if you need to smoke to do it outside in the rear enclosure.
Local buses run frequently through Cross Roads with Lees. A direct bus can take you straight to Haworth (takes about 5 mins). Sometimes it is best to take a bus to Haworth as parking a car can sometimes be difficult. The bus service is good for the area, with a direct bus to the main town of Keighley. The main train station is also in Keighley where you can reach many locations.

The nearest airport is Leeds/Bradford which is 19 miles away, and Manchester airport which is 55 miles away. Collection can be arranged - please email me with your flight arrival date/time for a quotation.
